Our company was founded in 2007. Almost immediately, the scientific and research laboratory was established to solve the problem of the development of our own fire protection materials and bring them to the stage of a commercial product.

Investment in the laboratory is the investment in quality!

We consider product quality as the most important investment point. That is why we regularly update our laboratory and production equipment, improve techniques and conduct personnel training.

Fire protection coating is a complex product. It contains over 20 components. Therefore, a huge number of factors affect the quality of the final product. Without a laboratory, it is impossible to maintain the high quality of fire protection compositions under conditions of such volatility.

Designer's supervision 

Fire protection coatings are difficult to apply. This results in many cases of misuse: operation of incompletely dried coating, application of the coating over a wet surface, violation of components mixing method. You can only deal with such violations only by having your own laboratory.

For example, we maintain arbitration samples of each lot of produced compositions and conduct all necessary laboratory tests.

Our scientific and research laboratory develops its own fire protection materials and brings them to the stage of a commercial product. State-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified staff allow us to work with the most extensive range of chemical substances that virtually puts no limits to the search and laboratory research for any of the required directions with the aim of creating fire protection compositions, that often have no foreign analogs.

Our laboratory developed and brought to the stage of a commercial product all Stabiterm fire protection compositions. There are 15 types of fire protection compositions in total. 

Creation of 50+ working formulations for fire protection compositions.

In the conditions of changing raw material market, our laboratory developed adapted formulations of fire protection compositions, so that the final product quality always remained consistently high.
